Carpet Cleaning Rates
1 Area $60 2 Areas $79 - An area is defined as a room, hall, steps, or closet.
Additional areas (a closet, hall, room, or steps) are almost always (there are exceptions) priced between $15-$45 depending on size and condition.
Prices may be slightly higher in cases where carpet condition is considered heavily soiled / stained or where room sizes are larger.
Combined living areas (like living room-dining room combos), L-shaped rooms and great rooms (250 sq ft or more) are considered 2 rooms.
(In cases where rooms are Massive) they will count as 3 rooms. An area is defined as a room, hall, steps, or closet.
For the safety of your property we do not move heavy, electronic or breakable items. We will move what we can (end tables,coffee tables, chairs). If you need lots of furniture moved, an additional fee will apply.
